Mother's Day Visit

We were able to spend a good chunk of Mother's Day visiting with Nikki, Grandma J, Grandpa Paul, Shauna (Nikki's stepsister) and Garrett!  It was the perfect way to celebrate the day.

Colorado Visit with Pictures!

In addition to the two photos on the previous two posts, I present some additional photos from our time in Colorado. 

At the reunion BBQ, Avery required Daddy's shades.

We had a playdate/dinner with Elise & Nolan one night.  Avery and Elise decided to play "nighty night."  Avery was the grown up and Elise was being put to bed by the grown up, so, of course, Avery got dressed up in Rachele's shoes. (Bad picture, but adorable playtime).

At the same playdate/dinner, I had to keep two toddlers busy somehow, so they each got a phone book and got to turn the pages all by themselves!

Avery was cranky one morning at brunch, but sitting on the drink ledge at the restaurant made her very happy.

Avery has figured out how to save the pictures she colors using my iPhone as pictures.  Here's one of her magnificent coloring efforts.

I kept trying to get a pictures that accurately shows how big Barkley (my mom's dog) is in relation to Avery.  This sort of shows it.

Avery's favorite game at Nain's house: doctor!  She would wear the stethoscope and say, "I Dr. Avery Smith."  Then she'd take off the stethoscope and say, "I not Dr. Avery Smith."  So cute!

Cousins

Avery and her cousin Dylan.  Dylan is just six months younger than Avery.

Colorado Visit

Avery and I are in Colorado for the week visiting my mom. Avery is having the best time exploring a new house and playing with Mom's dog, Barkley. However, Avery's favorite activity so far is the hammock in Mom's backyard. I think this picture says it all.
